How can I track my order?

The link included in your shipping confirmation email (as well as the tracking number) allows you to always stay up to date on your shipment's progress. International deliveries may sometimes experience delays; if you have any questions, please email us at service@thiocyn.com.

When will my order arrive?

"Unless otherwise specified in the item description, delivery of goods in Germany will take place within 3-5 business days. Sundays and public holidays are not included, as no deliveries are made on these days. For deliveries to other European countries, please allow one week for delivery."

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs within Germany are €3.90. Shipping is free for orders over €60. Our subscribers always receive their deliveries free of charge.
