Denmark, France, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg: € 16.35
Price group 3:
Switzerland, Sweden: € 18.50
Price group 4:
United Kingdom: € 21.25
